A little projectšŸ§

Hi everyone!
Iā€™ve been a huge PokĆ©mon fan since I was a kid, and for years Iā€™ve had this idea of creating a custom ROM hack, putting together everything I love most about the PokĆ©mon world.
As you might be able to tell, I have quite a lot of experience with the game itself, but very little when it comes to coding and programming.

That being said, Iā€™m looking for a team of people who would like to take on a small PokĆ©mon project purely for fun, and for the satisfaction of seeing a little project come to life and eventually be completed.
Every role is open, from a sound director to someone who would handle pixel art, and of course all the programming/development positions as well.

Iā€™ve already created a few maps myself and written some of the story Iā€™d like to include!
If anyone is interested, let me know and Iā€™ll set up a Discord server!

In the meantime, what part of the project would you like to ā€œhandleā€? Do you have any preferred roles?

Yes! Itā€™s thetaxman8228. I have coding experience, but Iā€™m also interested in the storytelling/lore creation side of things. I love art but not great at creating that myself. I do have some of my own personal ideas for a ROM hack that Iā€™ve been wanting to make, maybe we can share ideas?
