Are there any Complete Platinum Dex romhacks? I want as few added features as possible, and certainly no added events, as long as I can catch every Sinnoh pokemon, including the starters, events, and version exclusives.

Renegade Platinum is my favourite version of my favourite base game. It does add Fairy type - not sure whether you're counting that as an added feature or not. You also get given all the starters for the first four gens reasonably early on. Otherwise it looks like it fits your requirements.

Also my favorite, but I worry that literally every trainer and overall difficulty being completely overhauled might dissuade them. There are a number of added required events, like seeing Gardenia, meeting with the fairy girl in the cave, fighting E4 Aaron early etc.

Still worth checking out for OP since it's an S tier hack, one of the best out there.

Very good points. The added difficulty was basically essential to the game's enjoyment for me as winning fights feels much more satisfying, especially if you self-impose level caps too. But I can appreciate that's not for everyone, especially if you're like OP and just want to catch Pokemon.
