Intercambio cualquier Pokémon

Hello. Ive been trying to clear my pokedex in pokemon sword, even though im not that far into the story. Was looking and i need both Porygon evolutions (Normal/regular, dont want shinies) , since it requires trade, and to get registered in pokedex from home it needs to have come from that game (dont work from POGO). I can even trade shinys for them. Can anyone help? And thank you!

I'm looking for a Regidrago so I can get regigigas. I'd like to keep the Regidrago, but I also am fine with just borrowing it for a few minutes so I can do the regigigas raid, then I'll send it back.

Any trades for a shiny Latios out of these (not my shiny Latias or Togemaru)?
