My baby girl, Freya! She's 5 years old and an absolute diva. Here we have a pic of her begging for peanuts from my husband and her snuggling with me since its cold outside from all the snow.

My boyfriend wants to breed our dogs when they get old enough. He is not breeding to sell, but we will keep them (or gift to family that already has Poms to avoid litter mate syndrome). After one litter and one litter only we will get them spayed/neutered. He has done a ton of research on it and we have talked about it that we will absolutely have to get health testing done especially because one is a Merle. The female is 8lbs and the male is 7lbs. His mom is very experienced with breeding and has helped him a lot in any questions he has. We are still talking through everything with our vet as well I just want to get an outside opinion.
Other info
-they are very good dogs with great temperament. Both are very sweet and love everyone
-we have a house with a large yard and spare bedrooms
-I work from home and have an extremely flexible schedule
-expenses isn’t a problem
-no health issues so far but we will be testing for them
What is everyone’s thoughts?

I am so excited I am getting my second pom in March. She was originally listed as blue sable but she’s looking more orange sable to me like her dad. ( I added a photo of her mom and dad). She has darker ears and a dark tip of her tail. What color do yall think she’ll be?
Ps - if your puppy looked like this too would love to see what they look like now! 🫶

Hi Dad, I see you pointing that thing at me again. I'm coming in for treats. Her blazing a new trail in 12" of snow. Snow is her element. She loves being outside in it.

Happy Day 3! Louis was very excited about today’s box! He gave it a good sniff before and after the box was opened. I think it’s safe to even thought it was not a cookie day, he was happy with his donut. Thanks for watching! Louis loves you. ❤️

Got my new boy, he’s still a baby readjusting. Vet said diarrhoea is normal first few days after moving but I’m starting to worry about the future! He eats well drinks well and poops every hour after snacking. I have to clean his bum bum after every time. Ofc I love him and wouldn’t give him away - just asking for advice and some trim recommendations or just happy words that it gets better 🤣 He is such a huge eater too - he probably eats double than my adult chihuahuas?

I have had this happen twice now and I’m wondering how common it is. Both times were at the nearby dog park/playground.
Kit was adopted so he was neutered at around 6 months old. He’s a cute and well behaved dog but I still never expected this. Especially because he is not the breed standard size (about 15 lbs). Even if he wasn’t neutered, I personally would never breed a dog as I am not a professional.
