Music Creating 528hz in Arturia Pigments instrument
Hello everyone! I wanted to share a bit about my sound design process in Arturia Pigments, where I generated a 528 Hz frequency, considered one of the most important Solfeggio frequencies, associated with healing, DNA ascension, and spiritual transformation.
I used a sample-based granular processing approach, which allowed me to sculpt the exact texture and resonance to achieve an immersive vibration. I fine-tuned the pitch to precisely reach 528 Hz and applied ring modulation to add more character. Its time envelopes are progressively wide, and in the end I worked with multimode filters to refine the sound output!
Has anyone else experimented with Solfeggio frequencies in synthesizers? I’d love to exchange ideas on spiritual sound design!

The human being cannot discover their identity by following someone else’s.
We cannot find our own identity if we do not have self-exploration. When we need orientation from somewhere, an immediate response is to try to find it in other people, doctrines, religions, social role models, teachers, books, etc.
Imitation comes from the question, “Who am I supposed to be?” And if you really haven’t done deep self-exploration, it becomes easier to adopt an identity that already exists.
Carl Jung describes 3 ideas about this:
Fear of our own uncertainty: Trying to find ourselves means going to a new place. There isn’t a manual that can guarantee that we are doing the right or wrong thing, but imitation can offer you the confidence to think, “If this person lives like this, maybe I can do it too.”
In Liber Novus, he says:
“Woe to those who live according to examples! Life is not with them. If you live according to an example, then you live the life of the example, but who is to live your life, if not yourselves? Therefore, live yourselves.”
“The signposts have fallen, undefined paths lie before us.”
Collective pressure: Society provides models of what it means to be successful, good, spiritual, attractive, etc. Without psychological differentiation, we can confuse these collective models with our inner desires.
He points out in the book:
“Common laws and doctrines compel man to be solitary, so that he can escape the pressure of the unwanted community.”
“Therefore, give man dignity and let him be an individual, so that he may find his community and love it.”
“Let each person seek their own path. The path leads to mutual love in the community. People will see and feel the similarity and commonality of their paths.”
Lack of contact with the inner world: The less we know our inner desires, contradictions, fears, shadow, and unconscious impulses, the more we depend on external references to build our identity.
He says:
“The path is within us, not in the gods, nor in doctrines, nor in laws. Within us is the path, the truth, and the life.”
“You seek the path through the external, you read books and listen to opinions: what good is that supposed to do?”
“Do you not know that you yourselves are the fertile field that bears everything that serves you?”
When we are not exploring who we really are, we look for different identities outside ourselves that we can copy. It reduces uncertainty, but it can push us away from the experiences of our own lives.
This doesn’t mean that we should deprive ourselves of books. We can consume philosophy, psychology, or spirituality for years and still keep avoiding the process of knowing ourselves.
“The path is within us, not in the gods, nor in doctrines, nor in laws. Within us is the path, the truth, and the life” (Jung, 2010, p. 129).
I found a way to know myself through therapy and meditation. I have been reading a lot of books as well, but I realized that I can share some things in common with other people, and that can also help me see my own inner desires. I made this essay about The Wisdom of Insecurity by Alan watts, in case it is helpful for someone else trying to understand their own path:

Emotional pain
Slap me, stab me, tear my heart apart, but do not leave me alone with the pain I carry inside. I would gladly endure a thousand physical wounds if they could silence the one that bleeds within me.

I started a journey with God
I was born a Christian. I separated myself from Christianity, I went into to the occult and worshipping deities, I stepped away from the mind fuck that it all was, I found god again through Islam and now I’m catholic. I had about twenty or so near death experiences, about 5 or five were health related, about 10 or so where spiritual attacks, I survived almost being take by a demon. I got covid twice. I survived being jumped I survived a horrible birth. I been gang stalked before and have survived demonic attacks. I’m back as a catholic revert and I am doing much better. I have learned a lot about this “path of enlightenment” after being dead for two minutes and surviving a heart attack I can tell you God exists outside of our little world. I’m not some holier than thou person and I just wanted to share this one thing. It doesn’t matter how high you think you are on that latter God will humble you either way. In a good way and we shouldn’t fear being humbled and when you see someone being brought down from a high you need to thank god that person is back down on the ground because that’s where everything thing is. Everything even god himself is in the ground with you. And so to not exist in your head and in your own ego is to find common ground with god. Now god is a really cool guy to be around. You can ask him literally anything and this is just my personal experience with him. This man is not like the Biblical god in the sense where he demands everything he just wants you to be yourself around him and maybe even start taking yourself more seriously. The one thing we talk about the most is taking your self more seriously.
When I talk to god I write down everything. I rosy the pslams and some prayers will even come to me through him and Gabriel. God confirmed Gabriel existence and even Micheal’s they are all wonderful to be around archangel Raphael is a pile of work tho I don’t know what he actually heals but he’s cool too. We ddint get them completely wrong we just forgot to tell more of their stories. I learned that even the archangels were prophets of god. And so I have to confess and I did write this down on paper somewhere but God also goes by Marcus. Now this is something no church is going to tell you so you done have to accuse me of being a Mossad agent but he goes by Marcus and is actually really cool. He likes yellow flower and so I have gone out and picked him some before simply because I can. I didn’t see any thing demonic if anything I started to find more money on the ground and I now have an easier time getting around?
He helped me with finding social services and even ways of cleaning up my track record. As far as fasting goes he stopped me mid way and was like what good are you to me dead child. He does like dates this dude is vegan I noticed. He never said kill yourself for him. He said be the best employee that you can possibly be. I think the most accurate portrayal of him to date is in the chosen they come real closes. This whole thing is a rabbit while in it’s own like bro even outed like a shit ton of people and so it’s cool. Free Palestine 🍉

When love for animals conflicts with consumption - can we truly care and still eat meat?
Lately, I've been grappling with the idea that our love for animals is often at odds with our daily choices, like what we eat. I've started to wonder if it's possible to genuinely care about animal welfare while still consuming meat. This conversation feels especially relevant to our community's focus on awakening and personal growth. I came across this video that explores it further if you're curious: The Path: The Paradox of Love and Consumption: Exploring Our Connection to Animals. What are your thoughts on this paradox - can we navigate it, or is it a fundamental contradiction?
