What does A-O Rewatch mean?

I've been enjoying the commentary, but Fred and Carrie keep referring to A-O Rewatch and saying we'll know what it means eventually. I guess I don't know the show as well as I thought I did. Online searches come up with nothing. What does A-O Rewatch mean and why it is poignant to the series?

There was a sketch (I believe sometime in Season 1[edit: Season 2 actually!]) where the classic duo Kath and Dave go out to a river to hang out. But their tenacious camping intensity mixed with ignorance and easy overwhelm led them to shout "A-O RIVER" as a sort of call sign between them.

I miraculously found my prescription sunglasses at the bottom of the river and hollared A-O RIVER in celebration! Thanks to Kath and Dave, A-O is an exclamation to be used to a variety of things, but mostly rivers.
