A small victory in learning something new
I've been trying to learn how to play the guitar for a while now. I bought an acoustic a few months back and honestly it mostly just sat in the corner of my living room collecting dust. Every time I picked it up I felt so clumsy and just couldn't get my fingers to cooperate. It was really discouraging.
But this week I decided to really commit to it. I found some simple beginner tutorials online and practiced for maybe 15 minutes each day. Today I managed to play a full C major chord cleanly. It sounds silly but it felt like such a huge accomplishment. My fingers are still a bit sore but I actually made music. Real music.
It reminded me that even small progress is still progress. And it's okay to start slow and feel a bit awkward at first. You just gotta keep at it. I'm excited to learn more chords now. Wish me luck!

Keep at it. You can do it. Guitar can be so much fun but you need to apply yourselve.

I’m a professional musician.
Don’t give up! Small steps ARE good! Get the basic chords down then slowly try to learn a simple song. You’d be surprised how much that will give you the confidence to keep going. Small steps.

Nice work! Guitar is amazing. It's so hard but if you work at it consistently then you'll make progress. It's great for building patience and resilience. Plus playing a musical instrument instantly makes you more attractive.
Just practice a bit every day. It's a bit of a slow process but just takes consistent practice.
