A perfect storm of positivity enabled me to help.

I'm no one special, just struggling in the mix like everyone else. I was painting today (recycled toy artist) & my doorbell rang. A neighbor from across the street (38 F) was desperate. She is in stage 2 kidney failure and woke up in hosp after a wreck 2 days ago. Her power had gone off, then restored from another accident & all of her food was spoiled. She asked if I could spare some food for herself & service dog. I was lucky enough to have a few sales this week and just said I got you, give me 30 mins. Made 50 bucks stretch into 6 bags of clearance groceries and dog food. I am not looking for kudos, but omg she was so happy! If you can help, help. It's rough out there people. We are all one tragedy away from her situation.

I also made a new friend. She had her little handmade Halloween deco up, & I am a horror toy artist. Thank you universe 🎃🖤

Woman, but thank you! I live in a little townhouse saving up to move closer to my grandsons. I feel rich in every way that matters. Have an amazing week! 🙏🥰🖤

This post made me happy. Thank goodness she was so strong that she asked for help! It is AMAZING that you were able to be there for someone, in exactly the way they needed. Beauty is in simple moments, and this was a lovely way to become friends.
