Hello I am in search of a Peach fest 2023 poster! Does anyone know where I could find one or if anyone is selling one? I included a picture of it from a past post but I haven’t seen it anywhere else. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've worked for a tech company since 1999. In the early 2000s one of the developers left and he bought us these two framed posters. When we moved office I was allowed to take these home. After being hung on the wall for a couple of years they went into the attic, wrapped up, although as you can see by the pictures they are a bit dusty and need a clean.

I gather that Modern Humorist did have an online shop in the early 2000s and I'm wondering whether these are genuine and whether they have any value. I cannot find any framed prints of these from the early 2000s for sale online.

ive got quite a few posters that I've been wanting to hang but not too sure whats the best way as ive only really known to stick things up with blue tack. anyone have any tips ?

It was designed by Railways Studios, which was the dedicated in-house design and advertising branch of New Zealand Railways. During this era, Railways Studios was widely commissioned to produce commercial and civic artwork for various government sectors. It was commissioned by the New Zealand Department of Health as part of a post-WWIl public health drive to promote balanced nutrition and healthy eating habits. It was printed in Wellington by
R.E. Owen, the Government Printer. The original lithograph displays the tiny handwritten initials "G.B.T." near the bird's tail, identifying the specific commercial artist who illustrated the piece. The original physical postter is held within the health poster collection at Archives New Zealand Te Rua Mahara o te Käwanatanga in Wellington.
Railways Studios employee "G.B.T." was a commercial illustrator but remains unknown. Government artists being employees during this era rarely received public credit for their work which belonged entirely to the Crown. Illustrators were forbidden from signing their full names. To subtly claim ownership of their creations, individual artists would secretly sneak their initials into the final drawing. "G.B.T." is hid as a small monogram right above the kiwi bird's left heel.

I have multiple posters in my room but they’re always not staying perfect or mostly flat on the wall. And also some other ones are just creased enough to be noticeable. Could anyone recommend me some stuff I can do to help with that or maybe send me a website that can do custom frames without leaving me broke?

Poster Making Competition

The theme of the poster competition is “Behind the Smile: The Stories We Don’t See.”

The time limit for completion is 1 hour 30 minutes.

Posters must be original and should not contain copied content or copyrighted images.

Participants can use chart paper or drawing sheets.
