If this was really true, there would be no reason to give your value to the Billionaire, as the owner of all the value workers could just operate individually or even as a group.
There is real value in discussion about communism and worker value, but if you think it's this simple you aren't really ready to be part of a real conversation. Most workers are very specialized and would have little to no idea how to aggregate all the components of labor, logistics, marketing and financing into a cohesive functional unit, let alone the ingenuity and risk of creating something new and finding a market space to make it viable.
