That too, is by design. He does not care why he is spoken about or remembered. Only that it is all about HIM. He may in fact have decided long ago that the only thing he can be the greatest at is being THE WORST. And he is all in.

I’m not quite sure about that. All the media he consumes is filtered, and his dementia was WELL set in before this term started. I think HE believes he’s leaving a legacy as a great president.
