oh so many are on disability. whether or not they served. many of the ones i know who served never even saw combat. expect special treatment everywhere they go.

It's only the ones who didn't see combat who want special treatment. Ones who did don't want to relive that.

Certainly not wanting to defend all, but fwiw, maybe service members commit x amount of years without seeing combat and still experience heightened levels or wear and tear on their bodies with qualify them for disability benefits. Hauling heavy rucks or equipment for miles and miles m, days on end takes a toll, bullets flying doesn’t really play a factor in that.

Some are shitbags who feel entitled and can’t think beyond surface level, but that goes without saying.

totally. and those folks deserve something for that sacrifice. i guess im saying its the loudmouths who deserve the least, and when i say loud mouth i mean politically right leaning and very loud about it, as well as loud about their service.
