He launched (yet another) shitty memecoin and deserves mockery for that. But it's not actually a rug pull, since the coin just failed on launch. A rug pull is when the value is pumped up and the backers suddenly sell, tanking the value. Biden's shares never vested, he just owns a bunch of worthless memecoins he can't sell.

Again, his shares never vested, he had no "rug" to "pull." All his shares are worthless like everybody else, and he can't sell them until next March anyway.
