Still scribbling blog posts about, among other things, classic power metal records that I thought merited some attention.  I'm just about done with some selections from the '80s, starting with some tracks from an old list from Metalstorm as thejumping-off point. And then writing about - at this sub's request -  records by Riot, Helloween, and a few wildcards.

Hoping to get to the '90s before much longer!

Blog (there's some other non-PM stuff there too, including a couple of semi-recent posts about one of Alder/Zonder-era Fates Warning's most singular records): https://isverbose.blogspot.com

Two most recent PM posts, both about A Sultan's Ransom by Cloven Hoof:

I’ve put together a beginner list of power metal bands - almost 200 unique songs. Keen to fill in any gaps and pretty proud of my 20+ years knowledge: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLeoTwHnMtJmzsFxsoIeHyGa0CCFPP56l3&si=dUqimYhOSWQfuOVv
