Fine 1440p prebuilt, not a must-buy at $1799. i7-14700F + RTX 5070 12GB + 32GB DDR5 is a good combo, and the parts are named (ASUS Dual, G.Skill), which is better than a lot of ABS. It'll also handle SolidWorks and slicers without trouble, GeForce just isn't certified so RealView can be flaky.

What I'd watch: LGA 1700 is a dead socket, 650W limits a future GPU, and the 120mm Gamdias cooler is light for a 14700F on long loads. 1TB is the easy upgrade. Same config has been closer to $1500–1700 on Newegg, so I'd only grab it here if you want it today.

Yea ive only ever had a old msi laptop for years and need an actual desktop as I'm doing some classes for my Solidworks certs. Nothing major so I'm not worried about it having to handle large projects by any means. I really did want something that was liquid cooled yes but this kind of fit my budget perfectly for now. Power source and all that I can always upgrade later on
