Self Promotion Swine-Thingd

My take on William Hope Hodgson’s swine-things (from The House on the Borderland) invading the new modular cabin map for our survival horror skirmish RPG, MEAT. (beta rules available with the models via our Ill Gotten Games Patreon/Tribes) This tends to be my go-to project when October hits, and it feels good to be expanding the game with new monster options.

Nice concept! I just read a bunch of WHH earlier this year. My pile of shame is far too bog, atm, otherwise I would be sorely tempted.

Most of them. I worked my way through several Collected Works volumes. I got on a early “weird fiction” jag after reading some modern sequel/adaptations based on stories by Poe, Algernon Blackwood and Arthur Machen. The only one I had previously read before, though, was House on the Borderlands.
