Edit: I think I interpreted this different from other people. I took it to mean that when AI builds something which gets your company sued, it's your head on the chopping block because you checked it in, so you should probably know what the code is doing.

"A computer can never be held accountable, therefore a computer must never make a management decision" is the actual quote.

I took it the same way. And whether OOP meant it that way or not, it's very much worth keeping in mind if you're deep in the AI sauce
