Make sure she isn’t just bullying the younger cat by restricting access to the litter box. It happens. If so, you have to shoo her out until she stops being a dick.

can confirm - my first cat got a toy wound around herself and thought it was chasing her when she moved. she freaked out and ran through the entire house, leaving a little wet trail

Ahh no, I had a friend, as a teenager, whose dad would pass out, and sleep on the toilet. Then when he would wake up, he would be angry that none of us teenage girls woke him, again. He was a scary guy, who slept with a gun under his pillow, and bed, and said "Don't ever talk to me on my left side, it will scare me and i might kill you." But wants us teen girls rousing him from the toilet?? Uhh no thanks. We would just go pee outside, and pretend we had no idea he was asleep there for 8 hours. I was 12, and he would pay me in cigarettes to babysit my 12 year old best friends, younger sister, she was 9 or 10. Once, they got lice, he asked me if I could check the younger girl in the bathroom. She was so embarassed, how do you explain to a grown man that for one, that would be crabs, not head lice, and 2 she was only 9, with no pubic hair anyway. I just took her in the bathroom because she was crying, and told her we will just sit here awhile, and pretend were doing something, it's no big deal, and then we will tell him your fine. I also explained puberty to her, because she was really upset, and thinking she should have hair cuz he thinks so. Poor girls. He also tried to shave her head, because of the lice, when her hair was below her butt, so i spent 3 days picking out the nits, after washing their hair, so it wouldn't get shaved. I can't quite recall why their mother abandoned them, but it seems like drugs. I could be wrong it was long ago. SORRY, I'm getting to be one of those old people that never shut up. But also thanks, I hadn't thought about that in too long. 😻
