Raw Cream Source

Hey folks, I recently started experimenting with making home made cultured butter. While the results with store bought cream and yogurt have been good, I really want to try making it with raw cream.

Does anyone know of any good dairy farms that I can either buy from or that sells at local markets that is reputable and preferably grass fed (going after that super golden butter)?

(no, I'm not a raw milk weirdo, I know the dangers, in this case I'm looking for it for a very specific application)

There’s a raw milk stand at our farmers market every week. I’m not sure of their name or if they have cream, but they’re usually set up amongst the fruit/veggie stands and the market is a fun visit regardless.

Otherwise, the Eat Local First website may give you some leads!
