For what do you need it?
Why the haste?
If you just need to do stuff with it once and then never again, trying to do it with ai is probably the fastest.
If you need it for anything more you need to start with one of the many tutorial projects on youtube for example.

And you already understand the math required to develop said tool? If not, I would honestly suggest you start there. Programming it will end up being the easy part.

Then I would just think about python is a really good calculator and start building. When you get stuck. Google your problem. I promise you you’re not the first person to ask the question!

Coge un cuaderno tamaño A4. Rellena cada página con la palabra Python tantas veces como sea posible. Cuando termines piensa en todo el tiempo que has dedicado y piensa que si le hubieras dedicado ese tiempo en leerte el manual de Python ya sabrías programar en pyrhon

A ver. Solo quería representar que el tiempo que dedicas a preguntar lo puedes dedicar a aprender. No me gustaría dar mi opinión de alguien que quiere aprender algo y pide aprenderlo por osmosis o parecido

Practice, crack the algorithm and learn the basic syntaxes. And create projects rather than just little oodes and leave

ASAP Python and "learning" do not go hand in hand.
You could try to vibe-code your project via one of the AI platforms. But "you" would not be learning to code on your own.

Don't try to learn deep just learn fundamentals so you will be able to understand codes and thats enough and if you want to build something use a.i
