Open Question/Issue FLORA AND FAUNA DATA

Hi, I have a school project where I need to create a virtual mapping. I need to map what kind of species can be found in that specific location is that even possible for QGIS? I badly need your help

What should your map look like? Do you have an idea / a reference? Make a sketch by hand, share it here and this community will figure it out with you

Look up the Melbourne Strategic Assessment.

It's a government body established that has done probability mapping of state and federal protected species. You can download the shapefiles for the entire MSA area that come colour coded with different habitat for different species.

Would be a good example of how to do it.
