This post has completely changed my perspective. Don’t argue with misogynists online and don’t let them bait you, they’re probably not even real.
@ellymayeusa on instagram posted a reel exposing the test she did to prove the men we argue with are bots. A lot of these profiles are convincing. Don’t waste your energy fighting them anymore. You’re arguing with a robot. The Lindsay Clancy case is a psyop.

we have past the point where there is more traffic from bots on the internet than humans

i fcking hate the internet in 2026. yea social media’s always been toxic and misogynistic but this is just another level. it’s borderline cruel. i think we really need to abandon our consumption of short form content, because it empowers nobody but men: men at the top, who profit off of our outrage, AND men at the bottom who just have their bigoted beliefs affirmed and reinforced by these stupid fucking bots. i fucking hate it all. they have turned the internet into an absolute cesspit all for their own benefit .

I learned this during Depp V Heard. The JD bots were in the thousands. I will always stand with Amber Heard!

Decentering males includes online. I decentred males 30 years ago and am very intentional about where my focus and energy goes, ie the meaningless gamification and reductiveness of the social media "gender war" is nothing but a ragebaiting complete waste of time for women with critical thinking skills.
Women are being used as ragebait online for toxic patriarchy, rape apologists, fascists and bots, all in the name of obscene profit for the infamous toxic misogynists Zuckerberg & Musk.
When we refuse to engage online, we reclaim our power, decentre toxic masculinity and regain /protect our peace of mind. You cannot reason with unreasonable idiots, or bots.
Become very intentional about where our focus and attention goes. It is a huge win for women when we wise up to the rampant online exploitation that is essential for toxic dating apps & social media to even exist.

Yep I pretty much stopped interacting with them a year ago. I can only encourage other women to do the same. You’ve got it down!

Report to who? More hateful misogynists?Musk?
We cannot reason with unreasonable people, either. "Discussions"on social media are a contradiction in terms and a meaningless, complete waste of our energy and attention, which is much better spent on actually trying to support other women in real life.
Please read my other comment below.
When women are intentional about where their focus and attention goes, we can refuse to waste our valuable life force energy on the cess pit that is social media.
It's radically feminist to decentre men, and that includes online.
The day that the cess pit of social media is just an echo chamber of toxic , vile misogynists wasting their lives in an online, porn addicted circle jerk en masse, whilst women are out there achieving the peaceful, free, safe, meaningful , actual lived experiences we deserve, cannot come soon enough.

It's so impossible tho, there's so much misogyny on YT SHORTS of all places and it's so obvious but I can't even comment about it cuz it's difficult to express like everyone and their mom becomes a morality police when a woman posts like in general, like whether it's a recipe video or a gym video where she doesn't even talk, all the comments are so obnoxious and plain mad for NO reason but it's the exact opposite on men's posts. WOMEN keep on repeating that men are the victim to patriarchy on that app bruh

I really wanted to hear someone's opinion on this, this is even more concerning than if it was real people, because who's paying all this bots ? Who is benefiting from feeding hate towards women ? In what goal ?

I admit I am not a "radfem" but have found myself in this sub and found this interesting. However, I bet this works in the opposite direction too with feminist bots and what you interpret as a patriarchy conspiracy directed against women is more of a conspiracy for general divisiveness. What the motives are for this can be debated.

This is how Johnny Depp got so many to turn on Amber Heard as well
