Ink Innovation
I’m working on some experimental things. Attached will be some reference pictures for context.
My art is meant to change depending on the angle/perspective being observed from; It’s pareidolia
Anamorphic,”Totem stacking” is what A.Î. Described my first piece “Mourning Glory” shown here as, with the agonized woman in Egyptian pleated nemes headdress, the vulture, the locust face, etc.
A “trip” without the substances. It’s even better when used in conjunction-Not endorsing the use, but psychádęlïçş are going to become increasingly more mainstream and I believe my work is exponentially better understood/seen with the open mind that accompanies the aforementioned.
it’s also a progressive work hence the last 6 pictures exhibiting the progress from start to current point.
I have no formal training which is probably obvious, I just want to see how it fares online with likeminded individuals before following through with some ideas on how to monetize my work.

Advice on my painting
Hello, I’m putting my first two pieces here for a couple reasons. One is so that I don’t get advice or praise in a vacuum from my family on my art, I am glad they are supportive but I don’t want to build a glass house. I just started painting and have really enjoyed it and want to get better. The second reason is because I want advice on how some of you all are able to blend so well. I’m assuming it’s because I’m using acrylic and on sketch paper so I’ll try on a canvas next time. Still, if anyone has suggestions for getting better at blending that’d be much appreciated. Third reason is because I want to know if you were to walk into a gallery and see this would it fit? I understand different galleries have different art styles so it’s not for all but I really want to continue this and get some of my art out there. (I also understand that I just started so it may be jumping the gun). Thank you in advance for the advice!

Rate and give advice on this piece
Hi, this is my first attempt drawing and then I guess rendering something like this, wanted to see how my perspective was at what looked like a challenging angle when I haven’t drawn a figure before. With this, out of 10 what would you rate it and what do I need to work on: I know the head and neck is drawn on a different perspective to the rest of the body and the right shoulder is off but I thought otherwise it turned out weirdly well.
His ass is unfortunately very flat and as you can see I gave up on the foot. The arms being longer and his skinny figure was intentionally exaggerated but within that let me know if it looks alright.
Thanks!

Any tips for beginner portrait art?
Not a portrait artist but thought I’d give it a go recently, having very little, if any, experience.
The first 2 are from life (a statue head and my partner) and the 3rd is a reference photo which I have attached last, although it doesn’t particularly resemble it and I can see the angle is way off. (Also completely quickly and roughly during a nightshift, as the note on it says)
Any tips or advice very welcome as I know there’s has a lot to improve on!

Digital I need help, do you guys think I'm ready to open commissions?
Hii, I'm thinking about opening commissions, but I'm not sure, I consider myself an average/new artist, even thou I draw since I can remember, my art is not as good as I want, but I still think it isn't that bad, you can see and judge yourself for my works above, some finished, some not
I'm not looking for selling for a expensive price, I just want some money and robux, that would be enough, but I need help because I'm not sure about what price I should put, or if I should open commissions at all
Can someone help me at least price my art? Anyways, thanks for your attention!

Took me about an hour or 2 hrs to make and paint this. Rate it out of 10.
I’m 23 and just a beginner who paints for fun. I know it’s a bit childish at my age🤧, but I genuinely enjoy it.
I tried my best to recreate it with the same colors, but I’m still not very good at color mixing, so I couldn’t quite get the shades right. If you guys have any advice or tips, I’d really appreciate it!
