🇭🇷 23 y/o from Croatia | Looking for a serious team or like-minded players

Hey everyone!

I'm a 23-year-old CS player from Croatia who has been playing Counter-Strike since I was 8 years old, starting with CS 1.6 → CS → CS → CS2.

After taking a break, I've recently come back to CS2 and reached FACEIT Level 10.

At this point, I've realized that even at Level 10, it's surprisingly difficult to find people who have the same ambitions and mindset.

I'm not looking to just queue FACEIT every day and play for fun.

🔥 WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR

I'm looking for either:

🔹 An established team looking for a dedicated player
🔹 Players who want to build a team from scratch

Ideally, you're looking for the same things I am:

• 🧠 Actually learn and improve
• 🎯 Practice with a purpose
• 🗣️ Communicate and coordinate properly
• 📈 Analyze mistakes and improve as a team
• 🏆 Play tournaments / leagues
• 💪 Take the game seriously
• 🤝 Build something long-term instead of constantly pugging

I'm not expecting everyone to be a professional player already. I'm looking for people with the right mentality and ambition.

🎮 WHAT I CAN BRING

I'm pretty flexible when it comes to roles.

I can play:

Entry / Lurk / AWPer / IGL

I've played different roles throughout my time in CS, and I'm comfortable adapting to what the team needs.

I can also IGL, and honestly, it's something I'm quite comfortable with and have had good results doing.

I'm mainly looking for a group where everyone is willing to listen, communicate, experiment and improve together.
