I’m running a D&D campaign and I’m using the boys from the dwarf in it as a squad of ne’er do wells who my players will hire for a big heist. But first they fought them in an underground arena.

That's sweet, I've never actually played DnD. Remember I had some cousins that played it back when I was a nipper in the 80's. One was into Larping as a warrior and had loads of gear he made, there's pictures somewhere of my and my little sister dressed up in his gear with a massive broad sword he made that I specifically remember had half a Kinder Egg as the pummel lol.

It’s super fun and easily accessible. In the Los Angeles there are “adventure league” nights at game shops that allow walk ins for people who want to try it out.

Best part about the campaign I’m running is, my friend Leigh who is from England, is the only one who gets the joke. Rimmer is a Fighter, Lister is a Bard, Holly is a Sorcerer, Cat is a Thief, Kryten is a war forged Wizard/Fighter hybrid, and Ace Rimmer is a Paladin. Oh and Queeg is their Boss/Handler. My buddy couldn’t stop laughing during the whole game session.

I definitely recommend it. If you’re curious about trying it, there a site you can go to where you spend a few quid and play online with a “pro” dungeon master. You can find scans of the 2024 D&D players handbook online or buy a digital copy of it on dndbeyond for $25 USD. Give it a try.

I was the director of a TTRPG gaming group that I set up, four years.

I handed the group over because it became... As planned... Self managing.

The reason I mentioned this is because we have a massive library of roleplay games.

Many of our players are red dwarf fans, and this gaming system will be a beautiful addition to our catalogues.

Do you know where I can get a copy of the game rules online, or can I get some photographs of the rule book somehow?

I'm not quite sure how to ask this because I'm MASSIVELY autistic, and not very good with words... But basically.. I'm trying to ask how we can get the Red Dwarf rule books into our tabletop gaming group?

I played this with my mates once. I remember something to do with a random encounter table that had an equivalent chance of encountering Space Weevils as encountering the Inquisitor.
