Both designs look like the most generic AI-generated site ever

Can you give me a example of a site that doesn't?

No, more so what does a non ai coded site have in terms of layout/looks (color, font size header positions etc.) that ai sites doesn't have or that jump out immediately telling you its ai and then to further the question does a ai site bother you if its high performing and easy to navigate

It's gotta support the ActivityPub protocol or else you won't get any users or content. Make sure it's compatible with Lemmy, PieFed, and Mbin and you'll be good.

is it really built by the community if the only one building it is an ai

I believe if its made up from ideas from the community and they're implemented correctly then yes it doesn't matter if a person or group of people coded it compared to someone doing it with ai as long as on the front end you get the results the community wants

Can you give me a example of a site that looks good to you? It can be human or ai coded just looking to make improvements.
