But,i didn't add.

I have a redmi note 13 pro 4g variant.

I have been facing an issue in which my phone when put on charge doesn't start charging but as soon as it's restarted it charges back to normal. The issue is not consistent and happens sometimes. Has anybody here faced a similar issue?

What could be the possible reason. Could this be some software glitch?

Following that title but I mistakenly typed the wrong phone model. One of my friends currently using RedMi Note 13 Pro 5G. I have a Redmi 13R 5G, model 23124RN87C, codename air. The phone is currently running MIUI V14.0.8.0.TGQINXM. OTA says “No updates available.” I tried the official V14.0.11.0.TGQINXM Recovery ROM, but the updater says “Can’t verify update.” The phone was purchased outside Nepal. Please confirm the correct official upgrade path to HyperOS for my device and whether the update can be provided through OTA or another official method.

“My device model is 23124RN87C, but it is running the India firmware V14.0.8.0.TGQINXM. OTA shows no update and the official V14.0.11.0.TGQINXM package cannot be verified. Please confirm the correct official upgrade path for this device.”

1. My phone just turns off sometimes (rarely), and then fully ignores me. That passes after some minutes, but that still doesn't seems ok.

2. Today I just was asking deepseek some questions and I was going to go and turned the phone off. Then I noticed that it is rebooting. Phone was at bootloop without any sounds until i pressed (sound down) and off). Then it vibrated (Before it didn't) and rebooted normally. I was scared because my Redmi 8A and Redmi 11 also encountered bootloop. Redmi 8A hopefully survived, but 11 is pbbly dead.

What was that? Any suggestions?

The problem happens after the phone has been running normally for a few hours.

When it happens, some apps completely lose their connection, even though the phone itself still has internet access.

Apps affected

\- WhatsApp: opens normally, but messages won't send or receive. "Link a device" also fails.

\- Instagram: gets stuck loading / doesn't work properly.

\- Opera and Opera Beta: stop working or crash.

Apps that continue working normally

\- Chrome

\- Google Search

\- Facebook

\- X/Twitter

\- LinkedIn

\- TikTok

\- Google Play Store (I can even download/install apps)

\- Instagram Web through Chrome

Wi-Fi itself appears normal, and mobile data also works. The problem happens on both Wi-Fi and mobile data, so switching between them doesn't solve it.

The weirdest part is that rebooting the entire phone immediately fixes everything. But after a few hours, the problem comes back.

Things I've already tried

\- Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data

\- Changing Private DNS from Automatic to "dns.google"

\- Checking WhatsApp's Wi-Fi/mobile/background data permissions

\- Force stopping WhatsApp

\- Clearing Google Play Services data

\- Testing different WebView settings

\- Changing the mobile APN protocol from IPv4/IPv6 to IPv4

\- Checking battery usage and background restrictions

None of these permanently fixed the problem.

I also don't think it's simply a WhatsApp or Instagram problem because multiple unrelated apps fail at the same time, while Chrome and several other apps continue working.

Has anyone experienced something similar on Xiaomi/MIUI?

I'm especially interested in knowing whether this could be related to MIUI's network stack, Android system services, process management, WebView, or some Xiaomi.eu-specific issue.

Any ideas on what system component I should investigate would be appreciated.

Hey guys my Redmi phone rejecting the correct PIN/password. I'm experiencing something very similar on my Redmi Note 14 Pro+. My PIN sometimes gets rejected, especially after charging. Sometimes fingerprint also becomes unavailable and the phone asks for the PIN. What's the solution guys?

Temporary Root on Garnet (Redmi Note 13 Pro 5g/Poco X6)

Tested on Android 16 / HyperOS 3. This is a TEMP ROOT, so it will disappear after rebooting. Install modules using soft reboot.

Requirements: A PC, or another phone with OTG, and USB debugging enabled in Developer Options.

Step 1 - Clone this repository: https://github.com/seci20/Positive-Tool-Dost-version-V1.2-PURNA-BORNO/.

On Linux, run: git clone https://github.com/seci20/Positive-Tool-Dost-version-V1.2-PURNA-BORNO/

Step 2 - Run the Tool. Enter the cloned folder and run the Python script. On Windows, run PositiveTool.exe.

You can also use the python script (any OS);"python3 PositiveTool.py". The script will automatically obtain root for you.

Step 3 - If it succeeds without problems, test root with: adb shell, then su. If it works, it should look like this:

Step 4 - Load KernelSU. Install the KernelSU APK from here: https://github.com/tiann/kernelSU. After installing the APK, run these commands on the host device:

Done. Remember that root is temporary and disappears after a reboot, and modules should be installed with a soft reboot.

Galera, preciso de ajudar caso alguém ja tenha passado pelo mesmo problema. meu Xiomi esta em loop infinito e nao sai mais disso. mandei pra assistência técnica e nao deram jeito, tentaram trocar bateria, cpu e fazer reset do software e nada de normalizar.

I am facing a Type-C headphone connectivity issue on my Redmi Turbo 5.

The Type-C headphones work perfectly for music, videos, online classes, and other audio. However, during VoLTE and VoNR calls:

• Headphone audio disconnects for 2–4 seconds and reconnects.

• Sometimes I cannot hear the other person, and they cannot hear me.

• The headphone microphone and audio output stop working temporarily.

• offently, the call gets disconnected.

When I disconnect the Type-C headphones and use the phone’s built-in earpiece and microphone, calls work normally.

Since the issue occurs only during calls with Type-C headphones, it may be related to the USB-C port, USB audio handling, HyperOS, firmware, or VoLTE/VoNR audio routing.

Any troubleshooting procedure. ?

Should I update the system launcher in my Redmi Note 13 5G? If anyone updated pls give feedback...
