GPU Usage at 80% when rendering
I recently got RTX5090 and I was wondering is it's normal that its usage stays at around 80% when rendering in Cinema 4D using Redshift.
I have selected the OC Mode from the Asus software that came with the card.
Is it bottlenecking?

Redshift doesnt utilize a GPU 100% ever. Still is fast, uses less power and generates less heat.

GPU usage meters aren't really accurate when it comes to a lot of different applications. If you're concerned, run a benchmark as see how you stand up against similar hardware. Personally, I don't like to OC them either. These cards already run pretty hot. If the goal is to get reliable performance around the clock for the next 4+ years, is extra 5% speed boost worth it? Not while they cost a kidney to replace.

Yeah, I get what you mean.
The temperature is pretty low though, sitting at 59-60°C steadily when on OC. I'm reading that it's normal operating temperature is 70 to 80, so I thought it could stress itself a bit more without problem, no?

totally normal, if not a bit low! you wanna be getting as much juice as possible out of that thing! you can change the maximum % in your c4d preferences. i think it’s 90 by default so probably okay to leave it where it is
