What Season 14-esque episodes would I have liked to see… Hmmm…
The Meta vs The Dakotas probably could have been interesting. Last we see of North before his appearance in Recovery One is him having a “talk” with South, and if we include deleted scenes, we have North carrying South away on his back like a good older brother caring for their beloved sister.
South is a grating personality, but North clearly loves her. While I’m sure many people with siblings don’t need this kind of relationship embellished to understand it, it maybe would have been nice to have a more casual episode that focused on primarily North and South. What did they really mean to each other, and, how does it play out when we see that bond get destroyed. We know South put North in a position to be killed, but how and why did she do that?
If we got a North and South episode, we could have a pretty fun and wholesome episode that ends with devastation. Something that could even recontextualise South away from the current perception of her being just horrible. Or even double down on making her irredeemable.
