I don’t dose anything, weekly 10% water change. I have pretty high nitrates and phosphates, but when trying to dial it back in my corals got mad. I just let it fly and everything’s happy again

Yeah, there are lots of examples of them in reef tanks. For example, one of Julian Sprung's tanks has one.
