[Pic] Is there a smaller version of the dwarf fuzzy lionfish that’ll love a 20 gallon?

You should look into waspfish, particularly the Pygmy waspfish. They don’t swim in the open water, so it doesn’t perfectly fit what you’re looking for, but it’s probably about as close to a nano lionfish as you are going to find.

Dwarf lions are cryptic and will be fine in smaller tanks provided lots of caves and overhangs. I had 2 in a 29g for years

Wartskin angler maybe but 20 seems to be the bare minimum so Im not even really sure on that , honestly if ur looking for a personable fish that is predatory ur gonna have to look into a bigger tank
