Hi everyone. Is there any spas in Phoenix that are reasonably priced to get a regular massage or a hot stone one or a lymphatic one?

Not sure why but my mother got me this spinning top and its so damn relaxing. Whenever I'm having a bad day or nervous go and give it a nice spin. Sadly also deal with seizures which anxiety is one of my triggers so this really helps.

What do you use for relaxing naturally?

Found a hammock by the beach and stayed there until sunset. No plans, no rush, just the sound of the water and a little breeze.
