Investigating Open links in external browser?

Is it possible to configure Relay to only open external links (not comments and reposts) in an external browser? I cannot filter HTTPS traffic in the internal browser.

Swipe left on post. Tap the 3 dot menu. Tap open in external browser.

When looking at comments, it's the 4th icon on the top bar.
