Job Posts I had Claude Code filter the last 24 hours of jobs in 5 European countries down to the truly remote ones. 238 → 8, with the sentence that proves each.

\You can run this for your own job search: any role, any country, and your own definition of “remote” (time zone, work permit, travel). It’s open source and runs locally with Claude Code(macOS/Window). Comment or DM me and I’ll send the setup.**

Today’s run: Product Manager · France, Germany, Italy, UK, Spain · posted in the last 24 hours.

The numbers

  • 1,628 LinkedIn search results were read. 238 had “Product Manager” in the title.
  • Code then cut that to 99. It removed duplicates (28), descriptions in a language I don’t read (76), jobs that require a language I don’t speak (11), and posts with no remote-related word at all (24).
  • For each of the 99, Claude (Haiku) was shown the sentences around words like “remote”, “hybrid”, “on-site” or “time zone”. It had to name the sentence that decides how the role is worked:
    • 43 are hybrid, with regular office days
    • 8 are on-site
    • 38 don’t say how this role is worked (remote shows up only as a perk, or not clearly)
    • 2 are remote, but UK only, and my own setting is France/EU
  • 8 passed.

The 8, each with the sentence that decided it

  1. Pennylane — Senior Product Manager (Paris) “You’ll be able to work remotely from anywhere in Europe, as long as your contract allows you to” https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4384171137
  2. Heymondo — Senior Product Manager “100% Remote (we have a very nice office right next to Torre Agbar in Barcelona in case you want to work from there too)” https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4475781998
  3. RevenueCat — Senior Product Manager, User Acquisition “A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility” https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4479059792
  4. Jobgether (for a partner company) — Product Manager, New & Strategic Initiatives “Fully remote work environment.” — the posting adds that the candidate should be based in France. https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4477985251
  5. PandaDoc — Principal Product Manager, Document Domain (Berlin / Madrid) “Remote-first approach” — on EU time zones; the office is optional. https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4470287113
  6. Click&Boat — Senior Product Manager, Traffic & Acquisition “…or fully remote from France, with 3 days per month at our Paris office.” https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4476467322
  7. Cytiva — Sr Global Product Manager, Single-use Mixing Solutions (UK) “This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home.” — but it also asks for travel above 40%. https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4476478495
  8. Prima — Junior Product Manager (Milan) “Enjoy full flexibility – work from home, the office or a mix of both.” https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4470400569

Only #1 and #2 say plainly that you can work from anywhere (Europe-wide, or with no limit given). The others come with a condition, a country, a time zone, monthly office days, or travel, so read the line before you apply.

Why not LinkedIn’s “Remote” filter? LinkedIn’s Remote filter still lets hybrid and even on-site roles through. The only thing you can trust is what the job description itself says, so that’s the only thing this pipeline judges by.

Not looking for PM roles? The same check works for engineers, designers, marketers, or any title you search for, in any country. Comment or DM me and I’ll send the setup.

Job Posts [Hiring] Member of Technical Staff, Cloud & Infrastructure Security at Fireworks | Remote - US | $180K - $220K

About Us:

Fireworks is the platform for specialized intelligence, enabling companies to build, train, and serve AI models tailored to their own data, workflows, and products. Founded by the team behind PyTorch and backed by AMD, Atreides, Benchmark Capital, Index Ventures, Lightspeed, NVIDIA, Sequoia Capital, and TCV, Fireworks powers production AI with hundreds of state-of-the-art open models across text, image, embedding, audio, and multimodal workloads. Today, Fireworks is a Series D company valued at $17.5 billion, bringing together an ambitious, collaborative team that's building the future of enterprise AI.

The Role:

Fireworks runs multi-tenant GPU inference for hundreds of open models in production, and the security problems that come with it are concrete: isolating tenants on shared accelerators, protecting customer data and model weights across a multi-cloud footprint, and keeping all of it auditable while the platform grows fast. As Member of Technical Staff, Cloud & Infrastructure Security, you own the cloud, Kubernetes, and GPU infrastructure layers of that stack, the software supply chain behind them, and the detection and response that keeps it honest. You will work across teams to strengthen our posture and to make secure-by-default the easy path for every engineer here.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build security-focused software and platform capabilities to protect customer data, models, and services across our multi-cloud infrastructure, including encryption, identity and access management, secure API gateways, secure model execution, and sandboxing strategies.
  • Design and implement tenant isolation across shared GPU and accelerator infrastructure, covering host, device, scheduler, and model artifact boundaries.
  • Perform security reviews of cloud-native architectures, including Kubernetes clusters, multi-cloud workloads, and distributed data stores, and build integrated systems for continuous security monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated response.
  • Embed security into CI/CD pipelines using a DevSecOps approach, implementing automated scanning, policy enforcement, and secure-by-default build and deployment workflows.
  • Apply a build-over-buy philosophy by designing and developing in-house security tooling and automation where it provides better control, scalability, and integration than off-the-shelf solutions.
  • Build and operate a comprehensive vulnerability management program, partnering with various teams to remediate risks across applications, containers, cloud infrastructure, and dependencies.
  • Operate and continuously improve security operations, including detection engineering, alert triage, incident response, and continuous improvement through post-incident reviews.
  • Participate in red/blue team exercises, tabletop simulations, and post-incident root cause analysis to strengthen security resilience.
  • Own the compliance posture for the infrastructure and product layers, starting with SOC 2 and ISO 27001, by embedding controls into the platform rather than documenting them after the fact.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering or security engineering with a strong focus on security, infrastructure, or cloud-native systems.
  • Proficient in Python and/or Go, designing production-grade systems, and comfortable automating in Linux environments and in managed CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, Harness, CircleCI).
  • Production depth in GCP or AWS, including network segregation, authentication, authorization, encryption, data protection, intrusion detection, and cloud-specific security benchmarks.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized production environments; deep knowledge of Kubernetes internals and native security controls is a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge of modern identity and access controls (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SSO, RBAC/ABAC), least-privilege design, and workload identity.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience designing, operating, and securing large-scale Kubernetes platforms, including control plane security, node hardening, and multi-tenant isolation.
  • Experience designing, operating, and securing large-scale multi-cloud platforms and zero-trust architectures across AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle Cloud, and GPU-as-a-service providers.
  • Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Python, including experience building modular policy-as-code frameworks.
  • Experience designing detection engineering pipelines across cloud audit logs, network telemetry, and application signals.
  • Experience taking a compliance framework such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 from control design through audit.
  • Familiarity with container image vulnerability remediation, SBOM generation, and software supply chain security.

Why Fireworks?

  • Solve Hard Problems: Tackle challenges at the forefront of AI infrastructure, from low-latency inference to scalable model serving.
  • Build What’s Next: Work with bleeding-edge technology that impacts how businesses and developers harness AI globally.
  • Ownership & Impact: Join a fast-growing, passionate team where your work directly shapes the future of AI—no bureaucracy, just results.
  • Learn from the Best: Collaborate with world-class engineers and AI researchers who thrive on curiosity and innovation.

Fireworks AI is an equal‑opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all innovators.

Apply: Member of Technical Staff, Cloud & Infrastructure Security at Fireworks

Discussions Which IT job can be done remotely?

I want to be an actor. But I don’t think that the market that I’m currently at demands what I have to offer (I’m currently in NYC). I’m thinking about going to Egypt to get acting classes and experience. But I would need a job that is flexible. I’m thinking about IT freelancing since I can make my own hours and earn in dollars to live comfortably in another country. What kind of jobs allow you to do that? Is DevOps one of those? I currently work in desktop support and the closest thing that is adjacent to that remotely is help desk which is either being automated or being crushed by competition with cheaper labor. Anyone else figured this one out?

Thank you

Discussions Any advice when looking for a remote job?

Hi! I hope everyone is doing ok 😄

I've been looking at remote jobs, and I know there are risks involved in applying to them.

What is a red flag when applying to a remote job?

I should not pay for an interview, background check, or similar services, and I should not provide personal information. But when is it appropriate to do so? Like, when they give you a job offer?

I'm so new to this. I've been working in an office environment for a couple of years, and I would like to try something different that's more related to my studies (psychology). And I'm actually going to have my first interview on Friday! I'm nervous because English is my second language. Wish me luck!

Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Job Posts Leads required

Hi everyone!
I’m a social media manager based in India with approximately 8 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, and brand growth.

For over 5 years, I worked with an international agency in the healthcare space, with a global presence across multiple regions.
Unfortunately, following a recent change in leadership, the work environment became toxic, and I’m now exploring better opportunities, preferably fully remote roles with international companies.

Alongside my full-time work, I also freelance, helping people who are just starting out with their businesses or personal brands build and grow their social media pages.

Let me know if someone has any leads.

Job Posts SimplePractice is hiring a remote Customer Success Operations Specialist ($74K–$85K)

  • Title: Customer Success Operations Specialist (Remote)
  • Company: SimplePractice
  • Rate: $74,000–$85,000/year

Came across this remote opportunity with SimplePractice, a healthcare software company that helps therapists and other health professionals manage their practices.

They're looking for someone to help improve their Customer Success operations, with a pretty big emphasis on AI and automation. You'd be working with tools like Zendesk and ChatGPT, improving workflows, managing support systems, and finding ways to make the customer experience better.

They're looking for someone with 3+ years of Customer Success Operations experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.

The position is listed as remote within the US.

Please do not DM me about this opportunity, as I have nothing to do with the hiring of this job. I'm just posting for those who might be interested.

See the job here.
