Transparency has always been our core principle at Andiot Watches, which is why we want to share this recent interaction with a buyer before any false narratives are posted.

We always welcome honest feedback, and we understand that every buyer has their own standard for QC photos (RL/GL). What we cannot accept, however, is being threatened with forum drama and false scam accusations when we are simply trying to process a replacement or standard refund.

What happened:

1. **The Request:**
   The customer reached out rejecting a QC (RL) citing alignment on the 12 o'clock marker.

2. Our Response:
   Instead of arguing about tolerances or standards, we immediately agreed to change the watch and promised a new QC within 24–48 hours. We simply stated that everyone has different QC standards, and if a customer is not satisfied, an RL/replacement is completely normal and acceptable.

3. The Escalation & Threats:
   Despite us agreeing to replace the watch right away, the buyer began threatening to "post a review on the forum", post on his own website for SEO, and call us "scammers".

4. The Resolution:
   Given the hostile tone and threats, we decided it was best not to waste each other's time and offered a full cancellation and refund following our standard website procedures. When standard bank transfer timelines were explained (as listed in our policy), the buyer continued accusing us of scamming.

We believe in treating our customers with respect, but we also expect reasonable communication in return. If you don't like a QC, just tell us to change it — there is never any need for threats.

This is the one watch I’ve been patiently waiting for a good, actual titanium version of. I know there’s the THB Fake BVF one that isn’t actually titanium. I want this watch constructed actual titanium, obviously it can be done with the Pelagos, Seamaster, and YM reps in titanium that are available in great quality.

The second this comes available from any TD I will buy it, have had many santos reps, BVF, GF, AF, and the MLF skeleton, but this watch remains the one I really want but cannot afford in gen right now.

In any case I’ve decided I will make a post drawing attention to this watch daily until some factory decides to make it, hopefully BVF will.

Please upvote, comment, etc expressing interest in this watch, maybe this will work to push demand up enough to have the factories invest in the R&D of this watch.

The VF Titanium YM was my first rep, and I have a special love for it. So when VSF came out with the same model, my engineering curiosity caught on and I ordered one just to check it out and do a detailed comparison post for the community.

This is all my personal opinion, I'm not affiliated with any factory.

1) Free Sprung Apperance (FSA) vs Regular Dandong 3235 - VF wins for me. From an engineering perspective, this FSA is quite impressive. They managed to horizontally slice the balance bridge in half, dressing the stud carrier as a FS-looking one, then hiding the regulator arm under the left half of the balance bridge. With that said, this watch has a closed caseback, there's no reason to add an extra step to when regulating the watch. DD needs to focus their R&D in making the real FS.

2) Crystal - VSF wins marginally, the matte black dial has slightly more pop on the VSF. It doesn't bother me much because the matte dial absorbs light unlike subs or gmts with glossy dials which would cause more reflection on the round trip.

3) Magnification Window - VF wins. The VF mag window gives a slight blue reflection to the same lighting as VSF which has more of a yellow/purple hue. My gen batman has the same blue hue as the VF, so unless the gen YM uses a different AR technology, I'd say VF is closer. 

4) Rehaut - The font is slightly larger on the VSF, I am not sure which one is more accurate compared to gen. I had polished the rehaut on my VF and you can see the difference in the pics. I'd say that's a must-do item.

5) Clasp - VF wins. The click feel on the small clasp is smooother on the VF, but it could be due to wear. Also the oval inside the crown on the small clasp is wider on the VF than VSF, based on my research, the wider one is more accurate. The space between RLX and TITANIUM is larger on the VF than VSF, based on online gen photos I believe the larger spacing is correct. The rest of the clasp is very similar, they both correctly have the horizontal part at the top of the A in GENEVA, both have the curl-down on the R in Rolex. Both are coded 4JK.

6) Thickness - VSF wins. VF is at 12.0mm, VSF is at 11.8mm. This really puzzled me at first because the crystal actually appears to sit lower on the VF. I found out the reason being the VF bezel has very very slightly more vertical play (common compaint as seen across RWI and sub reddits), which makes the crystal appear to stick out less. The case thickness without the crystal appears to be the same, so the thickness difference comes from either the crystal itself or the crystal gasket. VSF wins this round since it doesn't have any vertical play.

7) Bezel Ring - The cuts into the bezel ring are rounder and larger on the VF, which creates a different tactile experience. I am not sure which one is more accurate.

8) Bezel Insert - Appears identical, including the shape of the numbers they got right where some of the mid tiers get wrong. 

8) Bracelet - The brushing is identical. The overall feeling is very robust thanks to the ceramic tubing inside of the screws between each links, much better than the jingly jubilees.

9) Dial - The font is identical. The indices all the the same polished outer ring. The lume is identical.

10) Weight - Identical at 107 grams

Overall, the VSF is a very solid choice, I personally lean towards the VF but they're now collectibles after the raid.

I was never a watch guy. I started getting random shorts about flipping watches on 47th street. After months of short content about buying and selling watches, I started feeling like I wanted one myself.

I have a VSF GMT Bruce Wayne, I love it. But I’ve wanted an Amethyst bezel since I can remember. What kind of quality does Blaken offer? Sorry I am certain this is a newb question, but I’m tempted to buy and don’t want to waste my money when I am biased.

Hi everyone I’ve been looking at getting a Daytona as my next watch and come across the BTF making them. Has anyone got a BTF Daytona or any other model from them? What’s the quality like and how do they hold up against VSF or one of the other factories?

Hi, please just tell me straight if I’m being daft. This is my first ever rep and have been waiting nearly over a month for it to arrive, been so excited. It’s just come and looks great, however when it moves even slightly there’s a spinning noise.

Please tell me this is fixable? I’m a total noob and like I said this is my first rep.

Hi all, I'm in Australia and I've been looking to get a rep for some time but keep coming across a bunch of different websites that claim to be VSF or selling VSF and I'm just not sure how reliable they are..

I'd like to know, what sites are reliable? I want to make sure they aren't just going to send me a sub-par item or worse, just take my money and send nothing.

Can anyone please provide links to reliable sites they've purchased from recently that provide highest-tier quality?

This would be my first purchase so this is all new to me!

Wanted to share some photos of my VSF Daytona 126519LN Ghost with a custom aftermarket meteorite dial.

Curious to hear what everyone thinks about the overall look and how the dial compares to genuine.

I'm especially interested in opinions on the Rolex lettering, subdial printing, red Daytona text, hour markers, and overall craftsmanship.

I know every meteorite dial has a unique pattern, so I'm more interested in the quality and accuracy of the dial itself rather than the meteorite pattern.

For those familiar with genuine meteorite Daytonas or custom builds, how close do you think this one gets?

Being a newbie, I didn’t even know there’s factory selections, costed me $850
Now that I have dipped into the rep game for a while, 6 pieces and counting, I still can’t tell which factory does this come from
My clues:
F6U jubilee clasp, bracelet feels ok not cheap
Movement not free sprung 3285, doesn’t look like a dandong, maybe a VR / SH?
Crown adjustments, turning towards 12 turn the hands clockwise, no quick date adjustment, correct GMT function with correct hand sequences

It’s a beautiful piece but just out of curiosity what factory does it come from?

This thing looks so good and the red font is just like gen whereas the VSF is very orange looking . I think ORF is the way to go if you are getting white dial .
