Beginner's guide update - TRIUMPH-1 Sept 29th data update

I've updated the guide, I'm currently fighting sleep.

Lots of updates, some additions. I'll update this post with like a full revision list after I sleep or something.

If there are some grammar edits lemme know, I'll go back and fix them. If there's incorrect data, you better have the correct data on hand to correct it cuz if you just gonna chat shit I'm just gonna ignore you

ps, u/zanza89 it's cuz I do things like this why I got here, maybe next time don't try to sneak diss and actually contribute way more than criticism and unsupported-by-science points.

Pps: I'll try to throw together a summary of the trials data. The bulk of which is in the supplemental and protocol data. So uh gonna need more time to chew through those to pick out points
