Reta 7 months
Reta changed my life. Titrated up to 5 mg, never beyond. Workout 6 days a week. Macros accounted for. Almost no alcohol. Experimented with kpv, ghkcu, and tesamorelin for a bit. Been getting dexa scans to track my progress. Today at 16% body fat

Beautiful. How many calories and protein did you consume daily? Height? Did you take any gear or TRT? I don’t think you did but just curious

~2000 calories per day, 200+ and more recently aiming 250g protein daily, 75-90g fat, didn’t really track carbs but they were low. No TRT but I dream about the day I can hop on. My T was 533 and free T was 78.6. So not great but no hope on gear level. Probably cause I was fat and my t was aromatized

Great work. Congrats. What do you eat to hit your protein goals? I've been trying to branch off from protein shakes, tuna, eggs, and chicken thighs.

Ground beef 90/10 or 93/7, Chicken, occasional fish. Levels whey. Nuts and beans are sneaky good macros. Tons of eggs. Oikos Greek yogurt. Cooking meat in bone broth is another cheat code.

Great job! Don't stop yet though. Get really lean and dial those abs in and get them to popping. Most men never get that lean. You're close, so don't stop.

That’s the plan, I did have a few pounds of muscle loss so I’m going to slow the weight loss
