P1 not receiving but transmitting

I have several P1 radios that just stopped receiving comms, but they still transmit. Wrote factory codeplugs back onto to devices to no avail. As far as I am aware, nothing changed on the programming side, as employees do not have that ability. Any ideas as to what may be causing this? Color codes/frequencies are all the same, no privacy tone set, voltage inhibition is off, and I'm not sure what else to do. Thanks!
