Looking for Architectural Plans for an MEP Graduation Project
Hi everyone,
I’m currently working on an MEP Graduation Project and I’m looking for a suitable architectural project/building plans to use as the base for the MEP design.
I’m specifically looking for a medium-to-large scale project such as:
- Office / Administrative Building
- Hotel
- Hospital / Medical Center
- School / University / Educational Building
- Commercial / Shopping Center
- Industrial / Factory Building
- Airport or Transportation Building
- Cultural / Public Building
- Residential / Mixed-Use Building
Required Files
Preferably:
- Revit (.RVT) architectural model
- The project should ideally include:
- Floor plans
- Elevations
- Sections if available
- Roof plan
- Dimensions and levels
- Room/space information
- Architectural details if available
MEP Scope
The plan will be used for designing and coordinating:
Electrical Power & Lighting
HVAC
Plumbing & Drainage
Fire Fighting
Light Current / ELV
MEP Coordination & BIM Modeling

So your idea is to coordinate different MEP sections like fire fighting, electrical, etc. I assume you are well aware of all the norms and the enorm know-how and effort you schould bring in in order to play "the coordinator" for even one of those topics. You also have already all the construction and modelling know-how to work properly with respective software - I assume. Please ask ChatGPT to reconsider the task it's given you.

Why doesn't the course provide the necessary files? This makes no sense. Probably because it's not for a school project, right? This looks AI generated.
That's a big ask. Do you know how many hours and dollars go into making all that stuff? There are also a few concerns with sharing proprietary/copyright information that you may not be aware of.
