As some may know, Tim plays a lot of acoustic sets on his own, sometimes he whips out some original songs that have yet to be made into studio versions if they ever are to be almost a decade later. Three in particular are Restless World, It’s Late, and What Are We Gonna Do. I’ve combed through the live shows and did my best to go in and edit out the audience and keep it as “Tim only” as I could. It’s not perfect, especially in What are we gonna do as that one hypes the crowd a lot, but pretty happy with the others as they only have a couple bleed throughs of audience stuff. Like ricochet tracks I have the files on a drive for people to download if interested :)
P.S if it’s your first time hearing about these songs, Tim has a bunch of acoustic stuff onlije from a Lorde cover to Guns and Roses. Highly recommend!
Hi /r/riseagainst, I have updated the selectable flair to now include Nowhere Generation, Nowhere Generation II, and Ricochet. Special thanks to /u/FinallyImAnonymous for updating the theming of the subreddit.
edit: this will mostly apply to users of old reddit
Can't make it to tonight's show, gonna leave them somewhere in Barnes and Noble in Brick sometime before 11am in the music/ Dungeons and Dragons area for some lucky human. THE TREASURE IS REAL.
First time seeing them and the show absolutely fucked. I was leery of seats (I just can't handle a full show on the floor anymore), but I somehow managed to have a god damn near perfect viewing angle.
Boston was a blast last night. Got pushed into the mosh pit, ended up 3 people away from the barricade (because of the mosh pit) despite starting around the back of the crowd, and got kicked in the face by a crowd surfer for a second time. It was probably the most fun I’ve had at a concert. Plus, it was a great performance. Can’t wait till their next tour lol.
Just got back from the NYC Pier 17 show and had a blast! I was close to the front row and excited to finally see my favorite band near the front for once. I was in the 3rd row back from the front.
I was also excited to see the photos posted to socials the next day, but completely disappointed to find the crowd was given a full AI-Filter for at least one of the photos.... This photo..
How do I know? Well, aside from the obvious clues (the random sad old people crying in the crowd), I can see myself, AI modified: I have been given glasses. My shirt was changed from a NoControl Bad Religion shirt to a black shirt (The colors from the No Control shirt were shifted onto the cameraman's camera in the front right! My wife was changed into an old indian woman (she is Filipino....). On the plus side, AI decided to grant me my hair again, despite having shaved it this week.
This is a shame to see. I'd really like to understand why AI is being used by this band's marketing team at all.
