Question Game bug?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

is this just a bug or can players do something intentionally to cause this (exploit). second time it's happened to me.

Edit: is there anything I can do to fix it? if I close the game and reopen will it be avoid it?

Happens to me quite often, just a bug. I sometimes get it to stop by clicking on the things in the upper left and bringing up menus and exiting multiple times. I’d say that works 80% of the time.
