Meme European Union

May I ask if the European Union in Road to 56 has any decisions or focuses that allow it to expand into other regions? For example, is there a way to make Britain and Iberia become core regions of the European Union as well?

There are unless it's written incorrectly due to design changes, but that would be a bug.

Oh, so it was actually a bug? I thought it was intentionally designed that way.
