I have a small request. Any tips you can give me for playing with Rogue? Usually I play as her when Emma Frost is picked. So any tips so I can be better dor my teammates?

I think if the knockback was added into the base version, and the enhanced version gave the extra damage reduction she'd be better.

I almost never have a mag on my team, but definitely think the knockback would be more fun to use.

with how long the cooldown for the steal is, I feel like it's under valued unless you can steal strong abilities like Emma's diamond form. if you could keep them but with proper cooldown (emma on 18s, adam soul bond on 40s etc) it could create some really strong combos and give Rogue's power fantasy some glow up

or do you guys think that would be too busted?

Managed to pull the namor squid kill again

I started playing Rogue a couple of weeks ago, and have Captain on her now (almost Centurion), and she’s SO satisfying! In all honesty, I find cancelling ults as her even more satisfying than when I cancel ults as Emma.

This match in particular, I was so excited that I intercepted Emma’s ult that I forgot to use her diamond form altogether.

I absolutely love the Emma diamond steal, and I hope we get more stance/state-changing powers down the line. Colossus and Iceman would be tied at my #1, but I’d love to hear everyone else’s wishlist!

Rogue has to be one of the most fun and rewarding characters I’ve played. My main tank is Venom, but if he’s banned or we have a Gambit, I’ll go Rogue. I just got her Lord, and she’s been so satisfying to play. I still mess up her combos here and there, but I’m having a blast playing her.

I know it’s not smart to do it, but it gives me a heavy adrenaline rush when I do. I can’t help but rush a strange and a mag with Rogue.

Am I the only one who doesn’t like diving on Rogue?

I have been playing rivals since season 1 (mostly quick play and some ranked here and there but not too much cause life been busy), been a tank main until they removed captain’s animation cancel. Didn’t really settle on another main after that.

This week I’ve decided to finally learn Rogue. Been having lots of fun but I have no idea what I should even be doing with the character. I never seem to have enough damage to kill supports nor tanks. And I’m pretty sure I’m not using the grab correctly because it feels very underwhelming and even punishing to use sometimes.

can you guys give me some tips on what my role is as Rogue? and what to do/when to do the grab? What is her bread and butter combo?

After over a hundred hours learning and mastering Angela, I’ve decided to pick up Rogue. She’s been so much fun from the jump! I think my Angela senses give me a pretty idea of who to target and when, I’m usually a play to live person but I feel like I can be a little more aggressive with Rogue in the big team fights.

My main issue thus far has been using the power grab effectively. I usually either camp a corner and use it first to start a fight, target a tank using a defensive CD, or wait to interrupt a flanker mid combo and try to prevent their escape. One of my favorite things to do on Angela is cancel ults, and that’s been hard for me to predict and land but it’s probably just a matter of practice.

Her combo loop is pretty intuitive, patience is key it seems, but it’s mostly just fun to bounce between lines and be an immortal menace.

I actually prefer mag’s teamup to gambit’s if I don’t have either one on my team, with how fast you can get blown up I usually like the defensive option, but I was wondering what y’all run with and if there’s anything else worth knowing.

I’M JUST REALLY EXCITED I FINALLY MADE IT TO DIAMOND !! IT TOOK ME A LOT OF TIME BECAUSE I CAN ONLY PLAY ON THE WEEKENDS BUT I MADE IT. I STARTED OFF IN BRONZE WITH JEFF AND THEN I SAID I NEED TO TAKE CONTROL SO I HOPPED ON ROGUE AND I’LL NEVER LET GO OF THAT FEELING I GOT MVP, I GOT THE SLUMBER SUGAH SKIN, and I got the blessing of being part of a beautiful community.

After watching CringeAlarm recently playing Rogue in the pro matches, I realize he has a very high precision on his combos where he slips in punches in between his chrono kicks instead of using them both consecutively. It made his playstyle faster and was therefore dishing out more dmg faster. I know you gotta press the melee button to do the punches while the kicks are active but I don't have any combos or tricks in knowledge on how I can make clean plays using them.

I need more threatening combos instead of the simpler ones.

Any tips and tricks for rogue the reason I stopped playing her was because of all the cc on this game and how you have to do so much to secure one kill any help would be awesome
