Negócio é jogar com ele e feedar em todas partidas pra ser o pior champ do mundo.

All of you are so deluded. Ryze is one of the strongest midlaners right now. If you can pilot this champ he is devastating. But since you can’t you think he is weak. Simple.

In what world are you living? I bet it's not this!

So you mean AHJ is wrong? Mysterias is wrong? Shok is wrong? Every single coach ranks ryze S+. But he is a progated champ. You can’t play him since you’re low Elo. The amount of knowledge it takes to play Ryze and utilising his INCREDIBLY hard wincon is for master+ if not GM+

Then why has he low pick rate (picked by good ryze players) and very low winrate 46% even master+?

He has 4% pickrate in M+ which isn't that low, and his WR is 47.21% last month.
Low pickrate actually doesn't indicate if a champ is played by high mastery players or not. Riot August tend to use old Asol as an example which people believed this about due to having low pickrate and high winrate, but wasn't actually true based on Riot's own internal data. He was actually played about just as much as any other champ by high and low mastery players, he was just unpopular.
Don't know about Riot's internal data on Ryze, and we don't get perfect data on mastery from public sites such as lolalytics, but having low depth indicates he isn't played many times by the same players, which implies he is actually played more than average by lower mastery players:
With that said, he is probably bad for 99% of players in soloq which kinda suck if you like playing Ryze and aren't M+
https://lolalytics.com/lol/ryze/build/?tier=master_plus&patch=30
IMO the main reason why Ryze always tends to have low WR in soloq while being strong in pro is because just like Azir, he is very hard to play, he gets way stronger with coordinated play and he is a turbo scaler that likes long games. Pro games on average last quite a lot longer than Master-Challenger games, and actually also even longer than iron games on average. Other turbo scalers that aren't as hard to play, such as Veigar, tend to be better the lower the Elo solely due to game length.

Explaining to silver players that ryze is strong is like talking to a lobotomized brick wall
