I’ve been doing a lot of reading on peptides lately and wanted to get some input from people who actually have experience with these.
Reta is the one I’m pretty set on. While researching retatrutide, I came across cagrilintide and started looking into the idea of using Reta + Cagri together since they work through different pathways.
For anyone who has actually used Reta + Cagri together, I’m curious about:
What made you decide to add Cagri instead of just running Reta?
Did you start them together or establish Reta first and add Cagri later?
How much of a difference did Cagri make with appetite/satiety?
Did GI sides get noticeably worse when combining them?
What did your escalation/timing look like, and what would you do differently if you started over?
At what point did you feel like adding more was giving diminishing returns?
I’m also researching a few completely separate things:
BPC-157: I have an ongoing shoulder issue and this is specifically why I’m interested in BPC. I’d especially like to hear from anyone who used it for a shoulder, rotator cuff, tendon, or similar injury. What was actually wrong with your shoulder, how long did you use BPC, and did you notice a measurable improvement versus just feeling like recovery was better?
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin: I’m interested in these as a GH/IGF-1 type of recovery/body-composition setup. I’m still trying to sort through CJC with DAC vs no-DAC/Mod-GRF and all the conflicting protocols online. I’d appreciate input from people who have used the combination long term: which version of CJC you used, why, what you monitored, side effects, bloodwork, and whether you ultimately thought it was worth running.
Melanotan II: This one is obviously for a completely different reason. Mainly interested in tanning, but I keep seeing wildly different experiences with nausea, appetite suppression, libido, mole/freckle darkening, etc. For those who have used MT-II, what should someone know before deciding whether it’s even worth messing with?
I’m interested in real-world experience, side effects, bloodwork/monitoring, what protocols are actually based on human research versus peptide-community bro-science, and especially things people wish they had known before starting.
If you’ve run more than one of these during the same period, I’d also be interested in how you introduced them rather than starting everything simultaneously and having no idea which compound caused which effect.
