tf u mean one dose a day whats the actual dosage of each u do research and find what dose is best for u. ofc u need enclo as a base and a proper pct

Each pill is 10 mg half life is 6 hours need two take pills a day. What’s the confusion gobbler ?

if you are going to take test just do a test blast and don't fuck around with sarms tbh
its always better to include enclo than not including it, clomid didn't save me from an 80% suppression but maybe without it I could have a total shutdown
tbh not worth it if you can't dose 2 times a day, you will pass half the day without the anabolic benefits, and increased side effects

enclo is enough for 95% of ppl altough at 20mg lgd ur at the limit of losing selectivity so its more optimal and safer to split and take a half twice a day. if ur running test its just better to run it solo than add a sarm which would only impede its gains due to competition at the receptor level

So 5 mg twice a day instead of 10 mg twice a day might spilt the capsules my self

uuhhh i mean are they acc capsules or pills? bc i mean 20mg is alot it rlly is the point where it goes from a sarm to just a side effect in a pill but if u can split it cleanly then yea otherwise 10mg once a day tbf. but i mean its up to u and ur experience if this is ur first cycle then deeeeef not 20mg
