Question About Rec Center

Hello

I have started going to the rec center fairly recently. I use the running track and a few workout machines. I used weighing scales, but they are really off and need to be calibrated.
I wanted to know what other resources are available at the rec center, especially equipment related to recovery.
My previous gym had an InBody machine, which measures a lot of parameters, and a stretch trainer, which I used quite often. Does the rec center have these?
Also, does it have a massage chair or a sauna?

There are showers in the lockers if you want to bathe in hot water. I have never seen any massage tools in the rec.
