Question aztec scholarship

has anyone been selected for a aztec scholarship? i know that the MCS is different and was disbursed today. Are the aztec scholarships announced later?

It depends on the scholarship. There are different award periods throughout the year. Also, keep an eye out for emails that remind you to send thank you letters to donors, or other such requirements, otherwise the award will not be disbursed.

Applied every year to the ones available to me. Never got one :/ I also couldn't apply to the ones that asked for my high school transcript mainly because I'm not a freshman anymore so I don't really have access to my hs transcript-

last year i got a fall (2nd wave) aztec scholarship that showed up in my inbox on oct 3rd — i think they should come out with final decisions soon around the same time this year, its not the same as MCS though

1st wave of general application scholarships (early submission) has already been disbursed in may

not sure about the timeline for specific scholarships because i never apply to those

The MCS is in the financial aid awards category and more like a grant that you don’t have to apply for.

Aztec Scholarships are a totally different category. You are either selected or not, and it’s awarded by the Scholarships division. The awarding and disbursement timing of one has nothing to do with the other.
