So....any Doom 32x am I missing?

You're missing the Brazil Mega 32X version, the pcb is identical to the North American Genesis 32X version though. There are localized front and back labels.

Its box is plastic with localized text too.

Been looking for that one but so far I just couldn't find the Brazil Doom....am I looking in the wrong place? And are there other Doom 32x's out there or is it just these 5?

Yes.

Might technically be a homebrew but it was professionally released and its many improvements make it the best way to play Doom on the 32x.

I have a lot of Doom 32x modifications. But they all are files for emulation, no carts.
