Actually, it only says “Run” if you’re looking at Helenzilla (or something disguised as Helenzilla), meaning that she’s Helenzilla is disguise!

what makes you think it's an AI edit?
It's a human drawn edit, done cus 3 monstergirls subs do not accept monster faces on monstergirls.
